The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), which is a part of the executive branch of State of Texas government, seeks to procure a contract to manage, coordinate, and provide health care, dental care, and 24-hour community-based residential services for an elderly, medically complex person with a moderate to severe intellectual disability residing in a leased property. The Services required by this Solicitation are based on a 1991 settlement agreement.
