Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (VCSFA) is requesting proposals for work to modify the Pad 0A Lightning Protection (LP) system. This solicitation includes the removal of existing lightning protection poles, fabrication and installation of a steel foundation framework, and installation of new lightning protection poles. The project is located at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport (MARS) Pad 0A on NASA Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA.
