10th Street from I-35 to Clarendon Drive

Project Description: This project will reconstruct a 2-lane to 2-lane roadway with drainage and associated pedestrian improvements on 10th Street from I-35 to Clarendon Drive in the City of Dallas. The scope consists of replacing the existing deteriorating roadway with new 6-inch thick, 4000 psi reinforced concrete pavement with curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveway approaches, retaining walls, storm drainage, signage and pavement markings, illumination, water, and wastewater main improvements, and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held online at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, November 21, 2024.
