Description

This is not a request for quotes. This is a notice that the government intends to award a sole-source contract to American Association of Blood Banks, Inc. to supply blood and blood products, including testing at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC) Fort Bliss, Texas. This will be a base plus four option years Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract.

Base - 01 Apr 2026 through 31 Mar 2027

Option 1 - 01 Apr 2027 through 31 Mar 2028

Option 2 - 01 Apr 2028 through 31 Mar 2029
