Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) is being issued to establish a one-time purchase with one qualified supplier who will provide a Sole Brand Hamilton C6 Ventilator for Georgia Northwestern Technical College (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFQ.

The college is seeking to purchase a new Sole Brand Hamilton C6 Ventilator. The equipment will be used in the Respiratory Care Program Floyd County campus located at one Maurice Culberson Drive SW Rome Ga. 30161. NO SUBSTITUTION ON MAKE, MODEL OR BRAND.
