RFQ-26-20 Honors College Academic Building Construction Management Services
The University of North Florida Board of Trustees, a public body corporate, announces that the services of aConstruction Management firm are required for the construction of the Honors College Academic Building located at 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224.
Project information
The approximately 19,000 Gross Square Foot (GSF) project was funded in the 2025-2026 fiscal year, consisting of a $15 million project budget and an approximate $12.6 million construction budget.  The new building is to be located just to the north of the newly completed East Ridge Honors Housing project.
The Honors College Academic Building will include specific amenities for the Honors College as well as general education classrooms.  The new facility will consist of classrooms, offices, study spaces, and other student support spaces.  Programming is currently underway with the project's architect.  Additional programming may include meeting rooms, group study areas, auditorium space, and makers spaces.

Pre-Proposal (Non-Mandatory) Meeting	April 30, 2026, 1:00 p.m.
Deadline for Questions	May 6, 2026, 12:00 noon
Response to Questions	May 12, 2026
Submittals Due	May 26, 2026, 2:00 p.m.
