The City of Fresno, Department of Aviation, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide professional services for preparation of an updated Noise Exposure Map (NEM) as part of the Sound Mitigation and Residential Treatment (SMART) Program at Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT). The consultant will provide services necessary to update the airport’s NEM in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Part 150 requirements, including data collection, analysis, mapping, and coordination with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

The City of Fresno, Department of Aviation, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications
(SOQs) from qualified firms to provide professional services for preparation of an updated
Noise Exposure Map (NEM) as part of the Sound Mitigation and Residential Treatment
(SMART) Program at Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT).
The consultant will provide services necessary to update the airport’s NEM in compliance
