At which time and place the responses will be publicly opened (live/virtual via Zoom), and the names of the submitters identified. All interested people are invited to attend the live proposal opening via Zoom. Late submittals will not be considered. Whatcom County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities.
Whatcom County requests statements of qualification for professional services to perform on-call construction materials testing and materials inspection.
