LARGE TRUNK AND RIGHT-OF-WAY (ROW) SEWER MAIN INSPECTIONS AND CLEANING

The City of Bowie, Maryland requests bids from qualified and experienced contractors for large trunk and right-of-way (ROW) sewer main inspections and cleaning in various areas located in the City.
The work shall be consistent with the Scope of Services contained in this Invitation for Bids (IFB).  By submission of a bid, the bidder represents that it is able to comply with all requirements contained in the IFB.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., in the Public Works Administration building conference room, located at 16500 Annapolis Road, Bowie, Maryland.

All questions or requests for clarifications regarding this IFB are required to be submitted through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/4943_Large_Trunk_Row_Sewer_Main_Inspections_Cleaning , prior to 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 23, 2025.  Written responses to all questions and/or requests for clarifications will be issued no later than Friday, June 27, 2025, to all those who have expressed interest in this IFB through the Bid Locker platform.

Bids shall be submitted electronically to the City through the Bid Locker platform at https://bidlocker.us/details/4943_Large_Trunk_Row_Sewer_Main_Inspections_Cleaning , prior to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. Any interested party may register with Bid Locker at https://bidlocker.us/Account/Signup at no cost and access the solicitation documents.  Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud via a virtual meeting.  A link to join the meeting will be emailed to all parties who have registered with Bid Locker regarding this IFB.  All blanks on each form provided by the City in connection with this IFB must be filled in, and no change shall be made to any part of the text of the form.

Prospective bidders that obtain this document from any source other than Bid Locker, should immediately register with Bid Locker to ensure receipt of addenda and other communications regarding this solicitation.

Each bidder or prospective bidder must refer to the Bid Locker website for any available amendments, addenda, cancellations, and additional information regarding this IFB.
