IFB #2401-01 Disposition Of Atherton St

BHA seeks to dispose of property (Assessing Parcel ID 1101215000) located on Atherton Street,
Jamaica Plain. The parcel is approximately 2730 square feet and has approximately 40 feet of
frontage on Atherton Street which abuts the 87 Atherton Condominium Trust property whereby
BHA owns the leftmost portion of the land and the condominium trust owns the land to the right
of the way. The parcel was appraised in 2023 at $160,000.

Bidders shall submit their bids to: BHA Contract Office, Ben Liang, Director of Procurement, Boston Housing Authority, 52 Chauncy Street, 6th Floor, Boston, MA 02111, on or before Friday, February 13 ^th at 2:00 pm, by mail or hand delivery. Each bid must be in a sealed envelope marked with the Bidder’s name, address, and telephone number.
