Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough (MSB) is requesting proposals from qualified Design-Build Contractors to provide full design and construction services for a relocatable Connex-supported roof structure at Port MacKenzie.
Questions or requests for clarifications shall be directed to the Borough’s Purchasing Office. Questions or requests for clarification directed to any other member of the Borough staff, or consultants may be grounds for rejection of proposal as being irregular.
