US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District has a requirement for Zooplankton Analysis of Water Samples from NWP Basin Reservoirs.
This RFQ is 100% set-aside for Small Business.
Requirement:
The contractor shall provide labor, material, equipment, and supervision as specified to perform all
duties described within this Performance Work Statement (PWS). This is a combined Performance
Work Statement Lab testing of water from samples within the Pacific Northwest covering the Lower
Columbia sub-basin, Willamette sub-basin, and Rogue River basin reservoirs.
This firm fixed priced Single Award requirements contract, utilizing performance-based procedures
for a base year plus four optional years of service per the government’s discretion.
