The City of Vista (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified design-builder (DB) entities for the WAVE IMPROVEMENTS PHASE I (CIP NO. 8398) – FLOW RIDER RESURFACING (Project). The selected DB will provide the City with a turnkey project which includes engineering design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout services for the project.
