Micro Market: Phase 2

Flagler County Board of County Commissioners is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding the provision and implementation of a Micro Market solution at our new library, the Nexus Center, set to open in the Fall of 2025. This RFI is intended to gather details about available products, services, implementation timelines, and vendor qualifications to assist in the planning and budgeting of a potential procurement.

The County seeks an unattended retail solution offering a range of snacks, beverages, and essentials with a focus on accessibility, ease of use, and minimal operational burden on library staff. The ideal solution will be suitable for a public environment with diverse users (including children and seniors) and will comply with relevant health and safety standards.

Vendors are invited to share information on their product offerings, experience in public or government facilities, technology platforms, stocking/servicing models, and pricing structures.
