THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY.
This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. No contract will be awarded from this announcement. This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotations (RFQ). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District, is conducting market research to determine the availability of qualified small business firms capable of supplying three (3) line shaft vertical turbine pumps, motors, and base plates for the Mud Mountain Dam Fish Passage Facility located in Enumclaw, WA.
Scope of Requirement:
The Government intends to procure three (3) vertical turbine pumps to replace existing units. Pumps must be compatible with the existing infrastructure and meet the specifications outlined below:
Vertical turbine single, two, or three-stage impeller type
Flow: Not less than 2.0 CFS at a static head of 45 ft
Overall length: ≤13.11 ft
Liquid pumped: Turbid water with potential debris ≤1/16”
Construction in accordance with AWWA E101
Components made of stainless steel, bronze, and cast iron as specified
Electric motors rated 480V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, TEFC, VFD-compatible
Delivery required no later than 1 June 2025
Interested Vendors Shall Provide:
A capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide vertical turbine pumps meeting the specifications above.
Business name, CAGE Code, DUNS number, point of contact, business size under NAICS 333914, and any socioeconomic classification (e.g., SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB, etc.).
Confirmation of current registration in SAM.gov.
