Rio Rancho- Fire Station 8 Construction Project

Project Description: The City of Rio Rancho, NM (City) is soliciting formal bids to establish a contract for new construction on a previously undeveloped site. Building size of approximately 15,400SF, including an 8,400 living quarters and a 7,000SF apparatus bay. Living quarters will be insulated concrete form (ICF) wall construction, apparatus bay will be concrete modular units (CMU), both utilizing steel roof structure and slab on grade floor/footing construction. Building includes 10 bunk rooms, two Officer suites, four apparatus bays and a limited public access community room. Scope of work is to include both all onsite improvements and utilities and offsite roadway and storm water infrastructure.
