Project Title: INVITATION FOR BIDS -Eastland Park Project
Description: Mecklenburg County Asset and Facility Management will receive single prime, Unit Cost, sealed bids for the Eastland Park Project until 2:00 PM EST., Thursday, June 26, 2025, at which time bids will be opened at Valerie C. Woodard Center, 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 6000, Charlotte, NC. Bid, Performance, and Payment & Material bonds are required. NC law and applicable regulations of various licensing boards and BDI provisions will be observed. The scope of work includes demolition, grading, utilities, vertical construction, hardscape, water play feature, planting, and various other site improvements. Electronic plans and specifications can be obtained from LandDesign, Inc. at (704) 333-0325 and/or by email at jmis@landdesigninc.com from 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday. Mecklenburg County reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will occur at Eastland Park located at 5471 Central Ave, Charlotte, NC 28212 at 1:00 PM EST., Thursday, May 22, 2025. This information will be made available in an alternative format for persons with disabilities by calling 980-314-2501.
