This is a Request for Quote to provide Ground Ambulance Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) contained herein.

Please refer to the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and VAAR 852.273-73 for details on how to respond.

Questions regarding this Request for Quote (RFQ) are due 12/04/2024 by 12:00 pm PST.
