The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, has a requirement to perform services for collection and disposal of refuse, to include bulk waste, for the Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39531. NCO 16 is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses to procure these services. Proposals or quotes are not being requested or accepted with this notice.
