SUBJECT: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Motorola Radio Consollettes, Goodfellow AFB, Texas

1.) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

2.) The Notice ID for this requirement is FA303025Q0003, This Requirement is being solicited as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the soliciation reqirements and is the most advantageous to the Government.

3.) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses from Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAC 2024-06; and supplemental Regulations from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DFARS Change 08/15/2024.

4.) This requirement is being solicited under a brand name justification under the NAICS code 334220.

5.) Registrations: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.

6.) Site Visit: Please attend a site visit on Monday November 4th 2024 and meet at 8:30 AM CDT at Goodfellow Visitor Center at the following address:
