Summary
The Department of Natural Resources Office of Information Technology is posting this Invitation to Bid for
parking management solution at Old Man’s Cave in Hocking Hills, Ohio. The proposal should be turnkey to include all requirements provided in the ADO Project Requirements.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive. When purchasing services, the awarded supplier will be required to sign an Addendum to Bid Quote or Personal Services Agreement. You will also be asked to complete and sign an Affirmation and Disclosure form. Sample documents included. If the purchase is data related, you may be asked to sign or acknowledge a Data Privacy & Security form, Supplement A and/or AI document. Sample documents included. Standard Terms and Conditions document(s) is also included for your review. |
