The WALTHAM HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Window Replacement at State Aided Development: Winchester / Crane Apartments (667-8) in Waltham, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by GAROFALO DESIGN ASSOCIATES, INC..
The Project consists of but not limited to: Window replacements including asbestos abatement, sealants, selective wall repairs and carpentry. The work is estimated to cost $1,981,248.00.
All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 10/24/2025 at
3:00PM EDT for filed sub-bids and by 11/07/2025 at 3:00PM EST for general bids.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J to minimum wage rates as required by
M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive.
