Newtown Township 2026 Mowing, Maintenance and Leaf Collection Contract

Project Description: Notice is hereby given that Newtown Township, Delaware County, PA will receive sealed bids online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2026, for the following project:
Newtown Township 2026 Mowing, Maintenance and Leaf Collection Contract
Contract is for a 2-year term, with Township’s option to extend for 1, 2 or 3 additional 1-year terms.
All bidding documents will be available online at no cost at www.PennBid.net beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
Bids must be accompanied by an approved form of bid security equal to at least 10% of the total net bid price. A 100% Performance Bond will be required.
All bids received will be opened and immediately available online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) at 11:00 a.m., prevailing time on Thursday, February 5, 2026.
All bids shall be good for acceptance for at least sixty (60) days following receipt.

Newtown Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, and waive any informalities in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of Newtown Township.
