Description of the Requirement:
The Chief Military Personnel (CMP) of the Department of National Defence has a need for task-based informatics professional services to support the MPS (Military Pay System) project. MPS represents a major capital project within the Chief of Military Personnel (CMP) at DND. The MPS project team, which provides project oversight, guidance and support, is currently composed of DND civilians and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members. The project is currently in the Options Analysis (OA) phase, which includes analysis and deliverables of key project artifacts to support project progression and approvals. Given the wide range of technical skills and experience required to advance the project, the addition of professional services is required to complete critical tasks and activities and meet schedule milestones.

Debriefings:
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
