***Date Added for Site Visit***

Representatives from EMS ISD and VLK will be available for a site visit at a similar prototype campus on February 25, 2026, at 4:00 pm at Hatley Elementary School. The address for the site visit is 850 Mount Vista Lane. Fort Worth, TX 76131. Due to the conflicting times listed for the Pre-Bid Meeting, the District will go through the Pre-Bid Meeting slides again at 4:00 pm and the site visit will be conducted after.

Pre-Submittal Conference

A pre-submittal conference is scheduled for 2:00 pm CST, Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at the Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD Central Administration Building, 1600 Mustang Rock Road, Fort Worth, TX 76179, with representatives of the Owner and Engineer available to address solicitation document issues with potential proposers.
