- Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, testing, and materials necessary to complete drainage improvements in accordance with the construction plans and specifications for the Rosedown Subdivision. The work includes replacement of existing drainage infrastructure along Camden Court, construction of a new concrete-lined channel to Lake Vista Drive, replacement of culverts under Lake Vista Drive, and all incidental work, such as replacement of concrete street panels, sidewalks, and driveways, utility relocations, installation of sewer and water conflict boxes, and placement of rip rap at the outfall.
