Description:
Charleston Water System (CWS) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from professional firms (Company or Proposer) to provide on-call asset management services. The selected Proposer is expected to support CWS in the implementation of the projects identified in its current Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP). It is the intent of CWS to select multiple Proposers for this project.
