This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The United States Coast Guard Base New Orleans requires a qualified vendor to perform a comprehensive Land Survey at USCG Station Destin, Florida. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and "Requirements for Survey and Legal Description

All work on-site shall be coordinated through the designated Point of Contact (POC) to minimize operational impacts to the unit.
This acquisition will be awarded using the Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable methodology. To be considered technically acceptable, the offeror’s quote must demonstrate a clear understanding of the requirements in the SOW and confirm the ability to perform the work as specified. The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is deemed technically acceptable and has the lowest evaluated price. Offerors must be actively and fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) at the time of proposal submission to be considered for award.
A site visit is encouraged. Interested offerors should coordinate directly with the site visit POC.
The Service Contract Labor Standards apply to this acquisition. The following Department of Labor Wage Rates is incorporated and is applicable:
Offerors must ensure their pricing reflects the wages and fringe benefits required by this determination.
