The Purchaser (Public Safety and Emergency Services) is seeking to purchase one (1) combination cold room freezer/fridge as laid out in the table below.
Submission Details
Proponents must submit their quotation electronically through the designated e-submission system by the Closing Date and Time specified in this solicitation.
As part of their submission, Proponents must provide the following documentation:
Manufacturer’s technical specifications, data sheets, or brochures for the goods quoted, sufficient to demonstrate compliance with the requirements of this solicitation.
- Authorized Reseller’s Letter or Distributor’s Letter confirming the Proponent is authorized to supply the goods quoted.
- Warranty statement or warranty documentation applicable to the goods quoted.
- Certificate of Incorporation for the Proponent.
- Certificate of Insurance for the Proponent.
Proponents are responsible for ensuring that all required documentation is included with their electronic submission. Failure to provide required documentation may result in the submission being deemed non-compliant.
