Project Name: Hiram King Structural House Repairs - Cradle of Forestry

Period of Performance: The work shall be completed within120 days after receiving the Notice To Proceed, IAW FAR 52.211-10.

Project Location: Cradle of Forestry In America, 11250 Pisgah Highway, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768

Site Visit: The site visit is scheduled for 02/04/25, at 11:00 am ET, and it will take place at the Cradle of Forestry In America: 11250 Pisgah Highway, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768.

Requests for Information (RFIs): RFI's are due on 02/12/25 at 1:00 PM ET. An amendment with responses to the RFI's will be sent after the due date.

Acknowledgment of Amendments (if any): This can be accomplished by completing section 19 on the SF-1442 or by submitting the signed SF-30(s) from sam.gov with your price proposal.

Submission Instructions: Quotes shall be emailed to Juan.Rovira@usda.gov by 02/26/25 at 5:00 pm ET. Any quotes received after that time-frame will not be considered.
