Overview

Summary

The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed quotes from qualified Contractors for processing yard waste material. The successful Quoter must be able to accept yard waste from the curbside collection contractors and from County vehicles Monday through Saturday. Work shall consist of processing yard waste brought to the designated facility in conjunction with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The work shall also include all supervision, manpower, equipment, and materials necessary to provide the services described herein.

Questions shall be submitted via the eProcurement Portal Question & Answer feature prior to the due date and time specified. The County will not provide responses to questions received after the deadline.

Registration is required to attend the quote opening. Quoters interested in participating in the quote opening must register electronically via the County's eProcurement Portal RSVP Manager. Pricing will be available on the eProcurement Portal after the Quote Opening.
