Project Description: Housing Authority of the City of San Antonio a/k/a Opportunity Home San Antonio (“Opportunity Home”) and its affiliated entities hereby invites qualified independent Contractors to submit bids for labor, materials and equipment to renovate unit 1203 at Cross Creek Apartments, 2818 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78218. These services are needed to preserve the asset and enhance the aesthetics of the property.
