Synopsis:
|
|
Submissions marked "COR26-00068 – 2026 Poured-in-Place Rubber Safety Surfacing Repairs" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday April 28, 2026.
The City seeks proposals in response to this Request for Proposal from contractors qualified and experienced in the supply, installation and repair of poured-in-place (PIP) rubber safety surfacing.
The scope of work includes the following, but is not limited to:

Installation of construction fence at each location before, during and until acceptance by the City.

Removal and disposal of existing top coat surface layer at each location.
-
Supply and installation of poured in place top coat surface layer at each location and as per design drawings.
-
Provide 24-hour security at each location during rubber curing.

Training of City staff for proper maintenance and cleaning, among others
Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:
Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement
There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.

There will be a video conference pre-submission meeting using Microsoft Teams on Wednesday April 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST (SK) for any interested proponents. Please email the RFP contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the online meeting by Tuesday, April 14, 2026, by 04:00 PM CST (SK).
