RFP for On-Call Concrete Services PCMC 2025

Project Description: PCMC is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-call concrete services for various projects throughout PCMC's jurisdiction. One or more contractors will be selected and will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete concrete-related work on an as-needed basis and non-exclusive basis. Work will include: general concrete work, sidewalk and walkway construction, curb and gutter work, concrete flatwork, structural concrete work and some specialty concrete services.
This RFP is not awarding a specific project or guaranteeing any dollar amount of work. The purpose is for the PCMC Public Works Departments to evaluate and compile a list of preferred vendors and their corresponding qualifications and fee schedules for future on call concrete jobs.
