MUNS MSA Gate

**Please reread requirement documents because solitication has been amended and updated. SOR has been updated to reflect minor changes.**

This requirement outlines the full replacement of the Munitions Storage Area (MSA) vehicle gate at Joint Base Langley‑Eustis, including demolition of the existing gate, installation of a new 7‑ft cantilever slide gate with 9‑gauge steel fabric, a HySecurity HD30 operator with battery backup, integration of existing keypads, UL‑325 safety devices, in‑ground loops, grounding, and all required physical security, explosives safety, and warranty/SLA standards. The with‑bollards version adds one additional task: removing the old bollards and installing new protective bollards at the relocated gooseneck pedestal. The without‑bollards version is identical in every other respect but excludes all bollard work.

To support independent evaluation, contractors are required to submit two separate, fully priced quotes—one for each SOR version.
