Williams Street Parking Lots and Appurtenant Work project in Marlborough, Massachusetts, Contract No. ED 2025-05 for the Department of Public Works-Engineering Division in accordance with the documents prepared by the City of Marlborough. The project involves the construction of two new municipal parking lots on City-owned property to improve access to the adjacent baseball fields and the Lake Williams Boardwalk. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: tree clearing and site preparation, placement of site fills and grading, installation of drainage infrastructure, installation of porous pavement, guardrail installation, conduit installation for future site lighting, and landscape restoration. Off-site improvements include wetland replication and walkway upgrades at the boardwalk trailhead. All work shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to complete the project in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. The estimated project cost is approximately $1,000,000.00. The Bid Package may be obtained as of 9:00 AM on July 23, 2025 and must be downloaded from Projectdog.com. Project Code 869914. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference to be held at 10:00 AM on July 31, 2025 on site. Please park at 185 Williams Street (Langelier Baseball Field).
