The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Fairhaven, Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the restoration of selective existing wood windows at the Fairhaven Town Hall located at 40 Center Street in Fairhaven, MA, in accordance with the documents prepared by architects the Spencer Preservation Group.
The scope of the work includes
Restoration of selected existing wood window frames, sashes, sills and trim at the Fairhaven Town Hall
