The Town of Norwell invites sealed proposals for requests proposals from personal wireless services providers and or telecommunications companies for the construction and operation of a telecommunications tower and related equipment at the Grove Street Well Field, Norwell, Massachusetts, for the provision of wireless telecommunications services.
The RFP may be obtained starting July 23, 2025 at 8:00AM via www.townofnorwell.net/bids.php
A site visit shall be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Property entrance 133b Grove Street.
Proposals must be received no later than August 25, 2025 at 12:00PM. at the Selectboard Office, 93 Longwater Circle, Norwell, MA 02061. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, cancel the RFP, waive informalities in the bidding procedure, award to multiple vendors and or to accept the proposal deemed best for the Town. Contract with chosen vendor must be approved by the Board of Assessors and the Select Board.
