in Galilee, Narragansett, RI:

Ea planting materials in twelve (12) Town-provided 26” x 19.5”
Italian planters to enhance the visual character of the Port and
contribute to an attractive, cohesive coastal streetscape for
residents and visitors.
The planting materials are not required to be identical. The
materials must consist of drought tolerant, full-sun annuals
suitable for coastal and salt-air environment. Proposals shall
include all necessary materials including fertilizer, a wetting
agent, and appropriate potting soil. The selected vendor shall
be prepared to present the proposed planting selection to a
designated representative of the Galilee Advisory Committee
(GAC), prior to final approval.
Vendor shall specify any warranties associated with the

The Town is responsible for the delivery and retrieval of the
planters to and from the selected vendor.

Vendor shall provide maintenance services for twelve (12)
planters, including weeding and watering on a weekly basis or
as otherwise required. Maintenance services shall be provided
on-site in Galilee from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Note: Vendors may submit pricing for the planting materials,
maintenance services, or both. The Town has the right to award
each item independently, as deemed to be in the best interest
of the Town.
