Roof Maintenance and Repair Services

Project Description: Toho Water Authority is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced contractors to provide commercial roofing installation, repair, replacement, maintenance, and related services for Authority-owned facilities located throughout its service area. Toho operates a variety of critical infrastructure facilities, including administrative buildings, water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, storage facilities, and other support structures that require reliable and professional roofing services to maintain operational integrity and protect public assets.
Services may include, but are not limited to preventative maintenance programs, leak detection and repair, storm damage response, re-roofing, roof system replacement and comprehensive inspection reporting and lifecycle tracking to support long-term facility planning.
The selected contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, and incidentals necessary to perform roofing services.
