The United States Embassy Colombo invites you to submit a proposal for,
- Mitsubishi 24000BTU Split type Non-Inverter AC Units (or equivalent ) - 10 Nos.
Please submit price quotation and technical quotation separately indicating the subject “ Quotation for 24000BTU Split type Non-Inverter Air Conditioner Units - PR15370671 “ to below address on or before June 17th , 2025 on or before 12.00 PM local time.
• Delivery location : Colombo, Sri Lanka or New Brunswick, New Jersey
• Delivery completion: Within 4-6 weeks
• Bids over $30,000/- should possess “SAM Registration” under US Government
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/ purchase order to the responsible company submitting the
lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial
quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive
