The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center (BC) on behalf of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) has a requirement for ACEP-WRE Wetland Seeding for the Illinois State Office (Clark County).



The Government anticipates issuing a firm fixed priced Purchase Order. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote responds to the terms of the RFQ and is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer to the Government



This is a 100% total small business set aside. The applicable NAICS code is 115112, Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating, which has a size standard of $9.5M. The contractor must have a current SAM.gov account and have their REPs and CERTs filled out to qualify for an award.



Amendment 1 is issued to provide questions and answers. No further questions will be answered, as the deadline for submitting questions has passed. Additionally, a revised Attachment A - Specifications is incorporated into the solicitation. Seed rates per acre have been added to the seeding list in Attachment A - Specifications.



Amendment 2 is issued to include an updated seeding list contained in Attachment A – Specifications. The total of all species outlined on the seeding list equate to an amount per acre of 1 lb of all grass species, 40 OZ of all forb species and 10 oz of shrub species. This gives a total of 4.125 LB/AC.
