Notice is hereby given that the Graves County Fiscal Court will accept sealed bids with option to purchase:

One 2023-2025 work truck.
4 door crew cab
Automatic transmission
Towing capacity 15,000 lbs. or higher
30,000 miles or less

All bids shall exclude Federal, State, and Local taxes.

Truck shall be delivered no later than 45 days of awarded bid.

This truck will be used at the Graves County Jail/RCC for inmate work crews.

Said sealed bids will be received in the office of the Graves County Judge Executive Jesse Perry up until 1 0am on August 28, 2025, at which time said sealed bids will be opened and read. Graves County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The Graves County Jail/RCC currently has three trucks that they will be trading in. Please include trade in options with your sealed bid.

LANDSCAPE FOR THE ENTRANCE AT TONY SMITH PARK

The Graves County Fiscal Court will be accepting sealed bids for landscape for the entrance at Tony Smith Park.

SCOPE OF WORK:

• 2 Landscape Beds

• Weed Barrier with Soaker Hoses

• Decorative Landscape Rock Medium Size (Tan or Alabama Sunset) or Double Ground Bark Mulch (Black and Red) (Include in the bid one for rock and one bid for mulch)

• Crepe Myrtles

• Limelight Hydrangeas

• Boxwoods

• Dwarf Loropetalum

• Brown Metal Edging to outline the outer edge of the beds

• Plant materials need to be close to matured size as possible.

The Graves County Fiscal Court reserves the right to use tax exempt status to purchase materials for the project.

All permits, licenses, and liability will be responsibility of the contractor.

The Graves County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Graves County Fiscal Court will accept sealed bids for complete replacement of:

Shaw Road Bridge:

Sealed bids will be accepted until 10 AM on August 7, 2025 at the Graves County Judge/Executive office, 1102 Paris Road, Suite 2, Mayfield, Ky. 42066. All sealed bids must meet or exceed KYTC specifications and special notes. Prospective bidders must be on KYTC approved contractors list for bridge structures. Prospective bidders will include an approximate start and finish date.

The Graves County Fiscal Court reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

All permits, bonding, insurance, etc. will be responsibility of the contractor.
