Provide engineering and technical support for (2) BWS Radar Control consoles for a Navy vessel on a schedule.
Provide assistance to ship's force in performing necessary repairs to and testing of onboard installed SCS-BWS.
Provide assistance to ship's force with assessment, testing, renovation and repairs of SCS-BWS in accordance with technical manuals and PMS documentation as directed by the technical advisor
Provide engineering and technical support services and assist ships force in diagnosing equipment problems, making repairs and maintaining systems equipment.

Assess and troubleshoot and assist ships force with repair the following to include;
a) SCS-BWS computer
b) Raytheon software installed on SCS-BWS computer used to control a radar set
c) Associated interfaces with SCS-BWS computer
Technical support services provided must include the following actions:
a) in accordance with applicable technical manuals, perform preoperational equipment checks, system alignments and or adjustments for Combat Systems equipment as identified by the Technical adviseor.
b) Provide assistance and "On the Job Training" technical support to Ships Force personnel on the repair, maintenance and proper operation of shipboard Combat Systems equipment as identified by the Technical Advisor.
c) Develop and provide equipment/system training guides.
Submission Instructions Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform this requirement are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Synopsis Announcement by 20 January 2026. All responses to this notice shall be emailed to Denise Manor, Denise.e.Manor.civ@us.navy.mil
If your organization has the capability to perform all the stated requirements, please provide the following information.
1. Organization name, address, Cage Code, email address, website, telephone number, large or small business size status under NAICS Code , and
2. Tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to perform these services organizations should discuss the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
