Arlington Countyâs Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive verbal and physical de-escalation training for over 800 employees and DHS contractors. DHS has a diverse staff with a wide range of responsibilities â including counselors, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, and administrative support staff. The training must be inclusive of this work and based on trauma-informed care practices and be culturally and racially responsive.
