Summary:The Purpose and Intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from qualified
Vendors (“Vendor”) to conduct competitive negotiations to enter a contract with Manassas Park City
Schools (“MPCS”) to furnish all labor and materials to replace the carpet and flooring at Manassas
Park Elementary School (“MPES”) and Manassas Park Middle School (“MPMS”) in accordance with
the stated requirements of this RFP (collectively, the “Project”). MPCS seeks to replace carpet and
flooring in its facilities located in Manassas Park, VA. This project encompasses the removal of existing
flooring materials and installation of new carpeting and hard surface flooring across multiple school
buildings within the district.
