YSI IQ SensorNet Monitoring Equipment, Products and Service

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with CL2 Solutions, LLC for the provision of YSI IQ SensorNet OEM monitoring equipment, products and service.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from YSI, Inc., dated October 18, 2024, CL2 Solutions LLC is the sole source of YSI IQ SensorNet process monitoring equipment for products, service, and installation in the state of Florida. In addition, CL2 Solutions, LLC is the exclusive YSI, Inc., Xylem Analytics, and MJK sales and service representative in municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater, and municipal drinking water markets within the geographic area of Florida.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified.
