The Judicial Council seeks proposals from firms to provide the services of qualified, properly licensed Consultants with expertise in all areas of land surveying services including, but not limited to, land surveys, legal descriptions, boundary and/or lot line adjustments, and plotting of existing or proposed easements.
The Judicial Council seeks to enter into Master Agreements with multiple Consultants pursuant to this solicitation.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Friday, January 17, 2025, at 1:00PM Pacific Time via Microsoft Teams. Attendance at the Pre-Proposal Conference IS NOT mandatory in order to submit a Proposal.
Questions regarding the Request for Proposals (RFP) should be submitted in writing to the Judicial Council via Solicitations@jud.ca.gov(link sends email) no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM, Pacific Time on Thursday, March 6, 2025 .
Only electronic submittals will be accepted. For electronic submission firms must email their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and Cost Proposals no more than three (3) days in advance of the submittal due date to the following email addresses:
