ALL WORK SHALL BE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS OF 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM. BIDDING PRICE SHALL INCLUDE ALL MATERIALS, LABOR, PERMITS, AND ANY OTHER ITEMS TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT NO TAX CHARGED.
