Invitation to Bid
Sealed Subcontractor and/or Supplier bids will be accepted by Circle M Construction Management, Inc. for the “Concession Stand” at the Hackett School District – Football Field. Bids will be accepted on Tuesday January 21, 2025 @ 1:00 p.m. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and turned in at the Hackett School Admin Office located at 102 North Oak Street, Hackett, AR. 72937.
There will be a pre-bid conference on Monday January 13, 2025. This pre-bid conference is not mandatory, however we do encourage all bidders to attend in order to review existing conditions.
Prospective bidders may obtain bid documents by contacting the office of the Circle M Construction Management, Inc. (479)635-5301. Electronic copies are available at no charge. Arrangements can be made for bidders to obtain hard copies, if needed, at the bidder’s expense.
Bids must be filled out on the required bid documents and submitted in a Sealed Envelope. Bids that meet or exceed $20,000 must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total sum of the bid. Successful bidders whose bid meets or exceeds $20,000 may be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract amount.
